Steve has navigated life with a nomadic urge, but always with an eye toward interpreting his environment in his artwork. Born in Texas and graduating from The University of Colorado with a dual degree in Fine Art and Art History, he continued studying plein air landscape painting in Colorado and then Amsterdam before attending Miami Ad School in South Beach for Graphic Design. After leaving San Francisco for an Internship in New York, he finally landed and worked exclusively on luxury tequila Casa Dragones’ branding as a designer at boutique marketing agency Mouth NY. His artwork has been featured in solo and group shows and he has worked as an artist / designer at Publicis Hal Rainy, iChameleon Group, Lowe Worldwide, and Mouth NY in addition to co-founding Worstofall Design in Brooklyn. Today his creative direction is strengthened by his experience navigating form and function, inspired by tradition but always modern.

Entrepreneur and efficiency expert, Pia brings her obsessiveness for being on time and on top of everything to each project.  She will fall in love with your business almost as much as she is in love with her own, and take painstaking care to make sure the process is smooth and fun every step of the way. A native New Yorker, Pia holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and was a StartingBloc fellow for social entrepreneurship.  At Wesleyan, she ran a non-profit organization that supported micro-finance initiatives for women’s cooperatives in Nepal and taught a class on the subject. After college, she went into business development for a number of start ups and was the VP of Sales and Marketing for TasteSpace.com. She was then a hired partner for the renovation and reopening of Schmook’s, a cafe in Greenpoint, BK. Solving business problems and executing solutions is the common theme in her career. After a soul-searching trip in the West Indies, she returned to Brooklyn to co-found Worstofall Design in 2011.

Design enthusiast, organization fanatic & visual storyteller, Stephanie's part of the process is handling the logistics of making your dream a reality. Hailing from the city of brotherly love, there she worked at a hit radio station, casting agency and as a DJ for an entertainment company. Stephanie has also traveled to various countries including South East Asia and Haiti where she immersed herself in different cultures, spent time with the locals and photographed it all. After recieiving a BA in Communication Arts from Marymount Manhattan College, with a focus on creative media and business management, she has gone on to work in the marketing department for Elle Decor, assisted on various film sets and photo shoots and became a member of the Worstofall Design team in January 2013.

James' artistic application of design fundamentals perfectly embodies the Worstofall Design philosophy of The Art of Branding. Like DMX, James was born and raised in Yonkers but has been moving his way down the island over the past few years. As a Graphic Design Graduate from the Art Institute of New York City, he is equally passionate about creating hand-made artwork and design materials, but is most inspired when they come together. James' dedication to skateboarding has allowed him to travel nationally, stimulating his mind and body through a creative, free-spirited lifestyle. James brings his artistic passion and professional drive to every project and joined the Worstofall Design team in February 2013.
